Personal Information We Receive from Third Parties

“Dick Maniac Space Squad” requires that a user have an Ethereum wallet order to use the Services. When your Ethereum wallet is used to mint or purchase a “Dick Maniac Space Squad” NFT, your Ethereum account address is provided to Echo3 by the third-party platform on which the Ethereum wallet is created.

We do not receive Personal Information from third parties currently.

Personal Information received by Echo3 in the future from third party websites or applications will be subject to this Privacy Policy.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or applications, including for purposes of providing account linking services or payment services. Echo3 has no control over the privacy practices or the content of any of these websites or applications. As such, we are not responsible for the practices employed by websites or services linked to or from the Services, including the information or content contained therein. Echo3 uses commercially reasonable safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all Personal Information Echo3 collects from you or form third parties, including encryption. However, Echo3 cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Echo3 or guarantee that information on the Services may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18), and Echo3 does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register as users.
